Mike received his BA degree in History from Ohio Wesleyan University and his JD degree from the Ohio Northern University School of Law.  He is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers; the American Trial Lawyers Association; the North Carolina Bar Association; the American Bar Association; the Illinois Bar Association.

 Mike is a board certified specialist in Workers Compensation Law and is a frequent speaker on this subject at legal seminars.  He is a Superior Court Certified Mediator.

 In his free time, Mike enjoys sailing and he is a licensed pilot.  He is married and has 2 grown children.

Alby is a Superior Court Certified Mediator.  

In his free time, Alby enjoys sailing and scuba diving.  He holds a United States Coast Guard Captains license and has sailed his boat to and from Bermuda .  He is married and has 2 grown children.
